This notice applies to the initial driver rental application on this website.

What you share

The application collects contact information, city and ZIP code, age, license status and experience, basic driving history, intended vehicle use, rental timing, insurance details, and contact preferences. If you have insurance, we ask for the insurer, policy number, named policyholder, expiration date, optional agent phone number, and permission to coordinate verification. An optional note lets you add context.

Enter policy numbers only in the designated insurance field. Do not submit Social Security numbers, license numbers, document images, financial account details, payment card information, insurance account passwords or verification codes.

How your information is used

Fifty Four uses these answers to review your rental inquiry, coordinate policy verification, request an insurance quote when needed and contact you about next steps. We may share necessary application details with our insurance provider for a quote and policy details with your insurer or agent for verification, with your permission. An insurer may require the policyholder’s participation or a separate signed authorization before disclosing information.

Your information is stored with our website hosting provider and is accessible through a restricted owner review area. Your application answers and policy details are not displayed publicly. The confirmation link shows only that a submission was received and its reference; keep the link for your records.

Submitting does not authorize a credit check, consumer report or automated marketing messages. Any later screening requiring a separate disclosure or authorization will be handled separately. Permission to coordinate verification does not authorize changing or cancelling a policy.

Your choices

Contact llc54enterprises@gmail.com to update your answers, withdraw your application or verification permission, or request access to or deletion of submitted information. Include your reference if available. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Browser and service information

Answers remain in memory in your current browser tab until submission; this application does not save a draft in browser storage. The confirmation is linked to the saved submission and can be reloaded without submitting again. The service uses a temporary hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. Hosting providers may also process normal connection and security information to operate the website.
